Unauthorized Parcel Placement
If a courier places your parcel into a locker without your consent, you have the right to refuse any resulting overtime fees. This violates delivery regulations.
Dispute Resolution
If you encounter unreasonable charges or payment failures:
Contact the locker operator's customer service (e.g., Hive Box)
File a complaint with the courier company
Escalate to the consumer protection association
Refund Mechanism
If you are charged incorrectly due to system error, you can request a refund. Most operators (e.g., Hive Box) will verify and reimburse the amount.
